About Total Graphics Solutions

Total Graphics Solutions was formed 5 years ago by Steve Draper and Rob Francis. We are both ex-HP Designjet plotter specialists who now have 50 years combined experience in the large format print industry. During our years with HP, we both underwent extensive Designjet plotter training at HP’s European training facility in Grenoble, France and at HP’s UK offices in Pinewood and Winnersh.

In addition to our HP training, Steve is also fully trained on Roland, Mimaki and Epson Large Format printers Total Graphics Solutions are also the authorised UK support provider for the Jetrix UV range of flatbed printers following factory training in South Korea.

Total Graphics Solutions does not currently sell new machines, ink paper or CAD graphics software but instead focuses on providing a professional large format engineering service.

We have a large database of wide format customers, and in addition to selling our own maintenance contracts, we are support providers for HP resellers, reprographic & graphics companies, CAD organizations and UK insurance companies that offer extended and breakdown warranty policies.

In addition, Total Graphics Solutions provides support to one of the leading dye-sublimation specialist companies in the UK.

Despite our base in Nottingham, we offer full UK-wide support utilising a hand picked network of factory trained engineers.
